Facilities Manager

Seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Virginia Beach market. This role requires a strong technician or facilities leader who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and partnering closely with Operations to ensure efficient and safe restaurant operation.

• →Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Virginia Beach market.
• →Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• →Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for:
• →HVAC systems
• →Commercial refrigeration
• →Kitchen equipment
• →Basic electrical and plumbing systems
• →Determine when repairs should be completed internally versus through approved vendors.
• →Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• →Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• →Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• →Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• →Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the Virginia Beach area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• QSR or restaurant experience.
• Trade certifications (HVAC, electrical, refrigeration).
• Experience using a work order management system.
