Responsibilities

→Create a supportive, encouraging classroom environment where every dancer can grow
→Inspire creativity, confidence, and teamwork through movement and performance
→Maintain strong communication with families and studio leadership
→Contribute to a positive studio culture rooted in passion, excellence, and community

Bring energy, creativity, and encouragement into every class
Be committed to helping dancers develop both technical skills and confidence for life
Communicate clearly and professionally with students, families, and team members
Be reliable, professional, and a collaborative team player
Have reliable transportation for travel between our Bay Area studio locations, and a desire to continue learning and growing
