  • →Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) along with advanced analytics capabilities to provide meaningful feedback to the IT and Finance teams.
  • →Improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable systems that support business growth.
  • →Ensure compliance with controls and systems, while developing new processes to support the fast-growing IT environment across the organization.
  • →Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements. Eager to learn, grow, and drive innovative solutions in a constantly evolving business landscape.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, or closely related discipline (or demonstrated proven equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of relevant post-education experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong preference for experience supporting an IT business unit.
  • Knowledge of project accounting principles, practices, and methods along with their application to project work-related issues.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with key stakeholders and senior leadership across the organization.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and other MS Office application skills.  Proficiency with Oracle and Workfront is preferable.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; an ability to be self-motivated and work independently and collaboratively; strong commitment to customer service; and an ability to plan and manage multiple tasks.
