Structural Welder - Night Shift

• →Read and interpret shop details to determine specific welding requirements.
• →Set up and adjust welding equipment according to specifications.
• →Perform FCAW welding in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions.
• →Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
• →Operate overhead cranes and welding equipment safely.
• →Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• →Meet daily production and quality goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current welding certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of structural welding experience.
• Experience with FCAW welding.
• Ability to read and interpret structural steel drawings.
• Knowledge of AWS D1.1 welding standards.
• Experience with overhead cranes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
