We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Talent Acquisition professional with 4+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment while bringing analytics and strategic insights to our hiring processes. This role balances hands-on recruitment with strategic thinking, helping WIN attract top talent efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Maintain and manage recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability and market trends.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

 

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring processes.
