~1 min readWe are looking for a proactive and data-driven Talent Acquisition professional with 4+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment while bringing analytics and strategic insights to our hiring processes. This role balances hands-on recruitment with strategic thinking, helping WIN attract top talent efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- →Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies.
- →Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- →Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- →Maintain and manage recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
- →Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health.
- →Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- →Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability and market trends.
- →Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements

- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes.
- Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring processes.
