Responsibilities

→Greet every guest like family and own their experience from the moment they step into the showroom.
→Match each rider with the Harley that fits their style, needs, and dreams.
→Lead the test ride process, bring the experience to life.
→Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM (VinSolutions).
→Enter every up into the Traffic Log, no exceptions.
→Work closely with Sales Managers and teammates to hit daily and monthly performance goals.
→Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism, excitement, and purpose.
→Stay active on the floor, be present, and chase every opportunity.
