Ashley Wharehouse Shipping Clerk

As a Shipping Clerk in the Warehouse, you will assist supervisors with the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse, including documentation, dock and personnel assignments, and inter-departmental communication.

• →COORDINATE TRAILER LOADING:

• →Assign trailer loading docks

• →Communicate with yard jockeys

• →Assist 3rd party truck drivers with documentation

• →DOCUMENTATION:

• →Ensure all required documents are properly filled out and filed

• →Print lot number stickers

• →Make and record changes to customer orders, as needed

• →Adds or Cuts

• →OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

• →Stay in contact with customer service and order entry to keep the orders up to date, so they are completed in a timely manner

• →Participate in Monthly Inventory

• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
