About the Role

~2 min read

Ready to help guitarists everywhere discover and experience better strings? ELIXIR Strings is seeking a Customer Success Partner – eCommerce EU to accelerate profitable growth across Amazon, marketplaces, pure-play eCommerce, specialty music retailers, and omnichannel partners. In this role, you’ll own the growth agenda across key digital customers in the EU while helping expand our eCommerce business. You’ll turn strategy into action—strengthening customer partnerships, improving the digital shelf, identifying opportunities in the data, and mobilizing teams to deliver measurable results.

We’re looking for an eCommerce leader who understands that winning online requires much more than managing an account. You see how search, content, merchandising, pricing, promotions, reviews, availability, retail media, conversion, analytics, and emerging AI-powered shopping experiences work together to influence what consumers discover, consider, and ultimately purchase. You combine commercial instincts with analytical problem-solving and practical execution, and you enjoy working collaboratively using LEAN principles to identify opportunities, simplify what matters most, and continuously improve performance.

Your leadership and influence will be critical to expanding ELIXIR’s digital footprint, deepening partnerships with key eCommerce customers, building repeatable growth playbooks, and positioning ELIXIR to win as digital commerce continues to evolve. If you’re energized by eCommerce, data, technology, consumer behavior, marketplaces, and growth—and you have a genuine passion for music—join us in shaping the next generation of ELIXIR Strings, a W.L. Gore & Associates business.

This position is remote, regular travel to customers and partners is required.

Responsibilities

  • →Own revenue, profitability, market share, and growth across assigned eCommerce platforms and strategic retail partners. Build platform-specific annual and quarterly growth plans and develop joint business plans that identify incremental opportunities across assortment, launches, pricing, promotions, visibility, conversion, and marketplace expansion.
  • →Build deep, strategic relationships with key digital customers—including Amazon, specialty music retailers, marketplaces, pure-play eCommerce, and omnichannel partners—to understand their business priorities, identify barriers to growth, and position ELIXIR as a strategic growth partner rather than simply a supplier.
  • →Win the digital shelf by optimizing product detail pages, content, imagery, assortment, search visibility, ratings and reviews, pricing, and availability. Establish retail-readiness standards and ensure new products are eCommerce-ready from day one, while identifying friction points that prevent consumers from discovering, considering, or purchasing ELIXIR products.
  • →Turn data into action by analyzing sales, traffic, conversion, search, market share, pricing, inventory, advertising, and profitability. Build actionable dashboards and performance scorecards, diagnose what happened and why, identify whitespace opportunities, and prioritize actions that deliver profitable growth. Use data to create long-term business plans with eCommerce customers and continuously optimize those plans based on actual performance.
  • →Develop a test-and-learn approach across content, pricing, promotions, search, retail media, and digital merchandising. Establish and monitor key performance indicators for revenue, profitability, digital shelf performance, traffic, conversion, visibility, availability, and return on investment, taking decisive action to improve results.
  • →Lead the next generation of eCommerce by understanding emerging AI-powered search, shopping assistants, conversational commerce, personalization, and recommendation engines. Identify and implement practical AI tools that improve customer experience, product discovery, content, analytics, and conversion, while helping position ELIXIR for emerging AI-driven shopping experiences.
  • →Partner across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and DTC/eCommerce Operations to remove barriers to growth. Work with Supply Chain to improve forecasting, availability, and inventory health, and collaborate with Marketing to maximize retail media, sponsored search, promotions, and digital activation.
  • →Accelerate eCommerce growth across EU by adapting successful strategies and developing repeatable playbooks for marketplace growth, product launches, digital shelf execution, retail media, and AI-enabled commerce.
  • →Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority, aligning teams around customer needs, commercial priorities, and measurable outcomes. Champion continuous improvement by applying the Gore Business System, daily management, kaizen, and problem-solving to identify and address opportunities for sustained growth.
