Responsibilities:	At the direction and with the guidance of CPA Staff, Youth Coaches will: Assist high school boys with career readiness activities. Conduct pre-employment workshops and/or counseling sessions. Conduct outreach in Hamden to identify employment or internship opportunities for youth. Model professionalism, reliability, and positive communication Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:	Interest in youth development, career readiness, corrections and/or education Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills Cultural competency
Hours of Position:	REGIONS is a 24/7 facility, and working days and hours are negotiable. Applicants must be 18 yrs. old and will be required to complete site trainings for which hourly compensation will be paid.
