| Responsibilities: |
- Support undergraduate students and alumni in developing career readiness skills through individual advising and coaching.
- Review and provide feedback on résumés, cover letters, and other application materials.
- Assist students with job and internship search strategies.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback on interview performance.
- Teach networking strategies and professional communication practices.
- Guide students in identifying experiential learning opportunities aligned with their career goals.
- Support drop-in advising hours and scheduled appointments.
- Contribute to the daily operations and overall student experience within the Career & Experiential Learning Lab.
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Respond to student and alumni inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.
- Support the coordination and execution of career workshops, employer visits, career fairs, and campus events.
- Maintain an organized and student-friendly workspace within the Career Lab.
- Assist with the development of career resources and educational materials.
- Support data collection initiatives, such as the First Destination Survey and program assessment efforts.
- Collaborate with campus partners to support student engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of workshops, employer programs, and networking events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and communication with campus partners.
- Support the development of presentations related to career readiness topics.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
