Junior Manual QA

We are recruiting as an agency for Stikcredit and Lendivo — fintech companies operating in the consumer lending space, with their own in-house products and engineering teams. Both companies are actively developing and scaling their digital platforms, which are used daily by real customers. Quality and stability matter, and that’s where this role comes in.

We’re looking for a Junior Manual QA to join their IT team and support the quality of customer-facing websites and an internal CRM system.

  Perform manual testing of two client websites and an internal CRM

• →

  Execute test scenarios and identify functional and UX issues

• →

  Report bugs clearly and track them until resolution

• →

  Work closely with developers during the development cycle

• →

  Support releases by validating fixes in a production environment

• You take responsibility for your work and follow things through

• You have strong attention to detail and don’t ignore small issues

• You can stay focused and organized under pressure

• You communicate clearly and document your findings well

• Completed Manual QA course (mandatory)

• Basic understanding of software testing principles and the bug lifecycle

• No previous professional QA experience required

• Willingness to learn and work in a structured way
