🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of assigned C++ development tasks for the D1 platform
  • Enhance and maintain existing (legacy) C++ codebase
  • Collaborate closely with the two-person dev team to design and implement new features
  • Coordinate requirements and issues with Product Management and Support
  • Write and execute unit, integration, and regression tests to ensure high quality
  • Contribute to database design and SQL development (PostgreSQL or similar)

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years professional C++ development experience
  • Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or comparable RDBMS
  • German C2 and English C1 proficiency
  • Experience working with legacy codebases
  • Proficiency with Git version control
  • Embarcadero C++ Builder experience
  • Familiarity with MS Visual Studio, VS Code or equivalents
  • Experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools
