About the Role
~2 min readThis role ensures high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and compliance with regulations across multiple clinic locations. Oversees day-to-day operations, staff management, service line development, patient experience initiatives, and budget management within the ambulatory care setting. This role is responsible for supporting the financial, administrative, and operational management of the institute , both locally and at system locations, on applicable policies, rules, and procedures established by UHA, WVU, WVUF, WVU Research Corp, and WVUHS. Works directly with the CMO and RNI Vice Chair to prepare institute vision, including recruitment and staffing needs, outreach opportunities, and resource management.
Requirements
~1 min read1. Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, or related field AND Six (6) years of management or progressive administrative experience
1. Master’s degree in healthcare administration or advanced degree in Healthcare related field and six (6) years of experience in neurosciences. .
2. Bachelor’s degree Business or Healthcare Administration.
Bachelor’s degree AND Eight (8) years of management or progressive administrative experience.
1. Experience in a large multi-specialty or single-specialty physician group practice, a vertically integrated health system, or multi-site physician practice.
