Systems Engineer - (CT-FNC240729 014/01)

As a multinational leader in the information technology and electronics industry, our Client is seeking a System Engineer to join their team.

As a System Engineer you will be responsible for the following:

1. Provide expertise and guidance on the potential use of all M365 applications.
2. Support customers for M365 applications, including Exchange Online, MS Teams, Teams Telephony, OneDrive, Defender, Intune/Autopilot, Office Suite, SharePoint Online, and other M365 core services
3. Provide technical support for online meetings, ensuring a good video conference experience and managing different conferencing devices.
4. Perform troubleshooting as required and lead problem-solving efforts, often involving outside vendors and other support personnel.
5. Perform administration tasks in Azure Active Directory, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, systems configuration, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring.
6. Interact with the service desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root causes, and provide technical support when needed.
7. Develop and maintain product and/or service documentation and knowledge base articles
8. Deliver training for employees on using M365 applications, articulating technical capabilities in a non-technical manner.
9. Support Windows OS and desktop/laptop related software and hardware, perform remote support, liaise with support vendors, ensure updates and patches are applied, and assist with various desktop/laptop related projects.

1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Microsoft 365 Technologies
3. ITIL v4 nd M365 Fundamentals certification is an added advantage
4. Experience in Microsoft Intune (Deploy of applications to Windows, IOS, and Android devices) is a must
5. Experience in supporting M365 user
6. Ability to work independently under pressure to meet project timelines with quality work.
7. Possess knowledge in IT networking to troubleshoot computer 1st level networking problems
8. Possess IT skills in MS Windows, M365, desktop hardware, and network environments
9. Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and customer-oriented
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Independent and results oriented
12. Willing to work on a flexible schedule depending on business needs
13. Ability to work non-deskbound and flexibility to travel to multiple sites as and when required
