Requirements

- Able and willing to complete online Child Abuse Prevention training on first day, and other online and in-person training as required.
- You have knowledge and experience in teaching gymnastics and or/ years of personal gymnastics experience.

- You are able to demonstrate a friendly, courteous, and professional manner while working with members, parents, and staff.
- You have a positive attitude and previous experience with youth and diverse populations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepare lesson plans with a natural progression appropriate to the age and ability of the gymnast.
- →Instruct gymnasts in a safe and fun manner
- →Outline class lesson plans to keep children moving
- →Enforce all safety rules and regulations in the gymnastics gym.
- →Finish each class with a fun group activity.
- →Incorporate and discuss the YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility
