Are you ready to make a difference before and after the school day? The YMCA of Greater Richmond is on the lookout for positive, energetic role models to join our team in the Chester Region.
Position: Before & After-School Child Care Counselor
Locations: Bellwood Elementary, Ecoff Elementary, Curtis Elementary, Beulah Elementary and the Chester Family YMCA
Hours: Weekdays - 6:45am-9:15am and/or 3:30pm-6:15pm
Salary Range:$16-16.50 per hour
Responsibilities

- →Support youth development through structured play, learning, and leadership
- →Supervise and inspire a group of awesome school-age children
- →Be a trusted mentor and a daily highlight in a child's life
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with kids
- Reliability, creativity, and energy to spare
- Must be 18 with high school diploma or GED
- 6 months of experience is required but your enthusiasm matters most!
