Front Desk Representative

Part-Time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members.

• Various weekday and weekend shifts

• Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills
• Previous customer service, sale or related experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fun, friendly and flexible individual
• Willing to work as a team player

• →Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention
• →Promotes memberships and programs
• →Build relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA
• →Circulate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations.

$11.65/hour (Commensurate with experience)
