→Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
→Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
→Experience working with at-risk youth and families
→Strong communication skills
→Proficient in Microsoft Office; Knowledge or experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a plus.
→Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
→Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
→Flexible Schedule- Non-Traditional Hours (Evenings and Weekends may be required)
