Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
Experience working with youth in a mentoring, counseling, or advocacy capacity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build trusting relationships with youth and their families.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite; experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
