→High School Diploma or GED is required.
→Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
→Provide quality documentation, progress notes, and submitted within required deadlines.
→Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of using electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
→Strong written and verbal communication skills
→Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance is required.
→Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
