Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of continuous personal recovery experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Addiction Studies, or a related field preferred.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in behavioral health, substance use services, child welfare, family services, or related community-based programing.
At least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of recovery support services, trauma-informed care, and family-centered practice is preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills required. Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance coverage is required.
Bilingual (Spanish-English) speaking is a plus.
