High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associates or higher is preferred.
1 year of experience working with youth, individuals with behavioral health challenges, developmental disabilities, medical needs, or related populations preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), or similar certification is preferred.
Medication Administration Certification with experience administering medication in accordance with regulatory experience is highly preferred.
Experience providing personal care and assisting with activities of daily living.
Current CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
Experience in home health, residential treatment, behavioral health, foster care, child welfare, or community-based human services programs.
Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly preferred.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
