Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master's Degree generally preferred; commensurate experience in community-based agency program is acceptable except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree. 
  • At a minimum, at least one-year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets.
  • Experience working with at-risk youth and families
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in the provision of home and community-based services.
  • Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
