Bachelor’s or master's Degree generally preferred; commensurate experience in community-based agency program is acceptable except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree.
At a minimum, at least one-year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets.
Experience working with at-risk youth and families
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) is a plus.
Experience in the provision of home and community-based services.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
