Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
Minimum of five (5) years of post-master's professional experience providing services to children, youth, and families.
Current Alabama licensure required to provide counseling services, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW), Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or other applicable licensure.
Experience working with at-risk children, adolescents, and families.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications; experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Position requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and maintain current automobile insurance coverage.
