→Prepare and verify MEP BOQs (Bills of Quantities) before tender processes.
→Perform accurate quantity take-offs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.Carry out project cost estimation specific to MEP disciplines.
→Review and verify technical specifications of MEP works against design drawings and standards.
→Evaluate and certify Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs), ensuring compliance with approved MEP drawings and site progress.
→Conduct onsite inspections to validate completed works and report discrepancies.
→Provide recommendations for cost optimization and value engineering in MEP systems.
→Collaborate with design, procurement, and site teams for accurate forecasting and budgeting.
→Ensure all MEP works are in line with contractual obligations and industry standards.
→Prepare the material calculation sheets and material demand according to site and Drawings.
