Sound knowledge and expertise in project management software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, to efficiently create, manage, and update project schedules.

A keen eye for detail to meticulously monitor project plans, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaborative relationships, and ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and project objectives.

Develop mitigation plans to address any possible delays or issues that may affect the project timeline

Daily monitoring of work and report any occurrences, which might create a delay or variation in the specified work.

Track project workflow from initiation to delivery and record variances on a log book.

Coordinate and communicate between teams to ensure timely material availability.

Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and to customers.

Identify potential project risks related to schedule, resources, Lad external factors.

Participate in preparing variation orders and time extension claims.

Allocate resources effectively and ensure their availability as per the project's needs.

Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of department objectives.

Bachelor Of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

3-5 years of experience

2-3 years experience working in a steel fabrication company

3 years experience working on planning tools preferably Primavera P6 or MS projects
