This is a founding hire: they need their first dedicated recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across engineering and GTM, working directly with the founders on every hire — they've made 5 in the last 6 weeks and want to move faster.

Salary: $150K–$225K base + competitive equity (DoE) — comp scales with experience across the band
Work Policy: On-site 5 days/week in San Francisco
Visa Sponsorship: Available, with relocation assistance for the right candidate
Interview Process: 4 steps — screen, behavioral, take-home, on-site (can run start to finish in ~5 days)
