What We Offer
~1 min read- Experience: 2-5 years (no more than 7 YoE) of full-cycle technical recruiting at a growing, reputable startup, including 2+ years on software engineering, ML, or infra roles. Early-stage or hypergrowth backgrounds (think Brex, Ironclad) are ideal.
- Track Record: Closed candidates in competitive AI/ML talent markets and contributed to building recruiting infrastructure, resources, or processes.
- Skills: True full-cycle ownership — sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and close. Comfortable with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Ashby.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker who can craft compelling outbound positioning to generate interest in a very active AI/ML engineering market. Rigorous pipeline management, data-driven, obsessive about candidate experience.
- Not a Fit: Big-company-only backgrounds (Meta, Amazon, Google) with no startup exposure, majority contractor/RPO experience, or company experience that isn't strong or high-growth.
- Salary: $110K–$170K base + competitive equity (DoE)
- Work Policy: On-site 5 days/week in San Francisco
- Visa Sponsorship: Not available (TNs possible for exceptional candidates)
