Track Record: Closed candidates in competitive AI/ML talent markets and contributed to building recruiting infrastructure, resources, or processes.
Skills: True full-cycle ownership — sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and close. Comfortable with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Ashby.
Mindset: Strategic thinker who can craft compelling outbound positioning to generate interest in a very active AI/ML engineering market. Rigorous pipeline management, data-driven, obsessive about candidate experience.
Not a Fit: Big-company-only backgrounds (Meta, Amazon, Google) with no startup exposure, majority contractor/RPO experience, or company experience that isn't strong or high-growth.
