~1 min read- →Manage multiple modular construction projects from inception to completion
- →Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, engineering, QA, and production teams
- →Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for accurate implementation
- →Monitor project costs and maintain financial controls
- →Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- →Lead project meetings, communicate progress, and resolve issues proactively
- →Supervise on‑site manufacturing activities to ensure safety and efficiency
- →Mentor supervisors and production teams to maintain a high‑performance culture
- →Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet industry and customer standards
- →Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, and cost; implement corrective actions when needed
- →Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
- ~5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction project management
- Strong background in construction site coordination or manufacturing‑based construction
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of construction scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Demonstrated leadership skills in fast‑paced environments
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
- Valid driver’s license preferred for multi‑site visits
- No state income tax
