Marketing Manager - Paid Media

Zinc’s marketing function is building toward a world-class demand engine. As we push beyond the UK, we want to reach our ICP in the ways they want to be reached, across a range of paid media channels, and turn that attention into pipeline (not just clicks and impressions). 📈

This role owns that. You’ll sit within the Demand Generation team, reporting into the Senior Demand Generation Lead, and working closely with Social, Content, Creative, Sales and the wider commercial team. You’ll run paid media across LinkedIn (our primary channel), Meta and emerging paid channels, driving lead generation, demand generation, pipeline growth, brand awareness and account-based marketing. You’ll be accountable for what paid delivers in HubSpot and Dreamdata (leads, MQLs, pipeline and revenue), not just what the platforms report. 🚚

This is a hands-on IC role. You’ll build, launch, test and optimise campaigns yourself, and own the strategy behind them. ⚡️
