We're looking for an experienced Senior Performance Manager to help us build the best Liveops and Monetization strategy in the game.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Create the Live-ops vision, develop and execute daily/weekly promotional plans that includes campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.
- →Proven track record of working as a Liveops Manager (3+ years) in a game with a strong liveops cadence
- →Analyze current monetization strategy including pricing, segmentation, what value we give to users and define the right strategy for the game
- →Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests and translate insights into high-impact product decisions, going from idea to live experiments
- →Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to monitor, analyze key performance metrics (average revenue per user, conversion, funnel, churn) and drive metrics-driven decision making
- →Develop best practices to drive operational excellence in a live-ops team.
- →Coordinate with features team to ensure live-ops needs are communicated and planned while new features are being developed
- Proven track record of working as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadence
- Worked in a volatile and fast-paced environment and not afraid to adapt to changes
- Good communication skills and experience aligning with stakeholders
- Hybrid working model: we ask you to come to our Barcelona office at least 2 days per week
