These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Jobera.com, the Resumioo panel at app.resumioo.com, the Jobera Quick Apply Chrome extension, and related services (the “Platform,” “Site,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

Jobera.com is a platform designed to support job seekers and career-focused users through tools such as a job board, job tracker, resume/CV builder, cover letter builder, AI-assisted career tools, and related content, resources, and features.

2. Nature of Our Service

Jobera.com provides digital tools, information, and platform features intended to assist users with job searching, organizing applications, and preparing career documents.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Jobera.com:

  • does not act as an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or hiring decision-maker,

  • does not guarantee employment, interviews, or responses from employers,

  • does not guarantee that any job listing will remain available, accurate, or active,

  • may include content, listings, links, or tools provided by third parties.

Job listings on Jobera.com are largely aggregated from third-party sources, such as employer career pages and applicant tracking systems. Please verify details directly with the employer and never pay to apply for a job.

3. No Responsibility for Third-Party Services, Listings, or Employers

Jobera.com may display or link to third-party job listings, employer websites, application portals, tools, integrations, or external services.

Where you are redirected to or interact with a third-party website, employer, recruiter, or service provider:

  • any application, communication, payment, subscription, contract, or dispute is strictly between you and that third party,

  • Jobera.com is not a party to any employment, recruitment, service, or commercial relationship between you and any third party,

  • we are not responsible for third-party conduct, hiring decisions, job descriptions, availability, pricing, terms, privacy practices, or outcomes.

4. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep the Platform and its content accurate and reasonably up to date. However, Jobera.com does not guarantee that any information on the Platform is complete, accurate, current, reliable, or suitable for your specific purposes.

This includes, without limitation:

  • job listings,

  • salary information,

  • employer descriptions,

  • application deadlines,

  • feature descriptions,

  • templates,

  • guides,

  • integrations,

  • third-party service information.

Information provided by third parties may change without notice, and some content may become outdated or unavailable.

5. Rankings, Featured Content, and Recommendations

The order in which listings, tools, articles, or recommendations appear on Jobera.com may be influenced by internal criteria such as relevance, recency, popularity, quality signals, editorial judgment, user preferences, or other business and product factors.

In some cases:

  • certain tools, listings, or resources may be featured, highlighted, or promoted,

  • commercial relationships may exist with some third parties,

  • placement or visibility may be affected by manual or automated systems.

Featured placement does not mean a guarantee of quality, suitability, or outcome.

6. Search, Filters, Matching, and Platform Functionality

Jobera.com may offer search tools, filters, saved preferences, tracking features, match scores, generated content, and other functionality intended to help users navigate the job search process more efficiently.

However:

  • search results may not be exhaustive,

  • matching or recommendation features may be limited by available data, and match scores are estimates, not predictions of hiring outcomes,

  • platform tools may occasionally contain errors, limitations, or interruptions,

  • results may depend on third-party data sources or user-provided inputs.

7. AI-Generated Content

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate or transform content, such as tailored resumes, cover letters, match scores, answers to application questions, and AI headshots. AI output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before you use it, and for ensuring that everything you submit to employers is truthful and accurate. You must only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to use, for AI image features.

8. User Accounts

Some features of Jobera.com require account registration. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

If you create an account, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and current information,

  • keep your login credentials confidential,

  • notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security issue,

  • accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the Platform is being misused, or security risks exist.

9. Subscriptions, AI Credits, and Payments

  • Plans. Jobera.com offers a free plan and paid plans (currently Plus and Pro), as described on the pricing page. The price, billing period and included features are shown before you pay.

  • Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

  • Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will notify you in advance of any price change affecting your renewal.

  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings (through the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then. There are no cancellation fees.

  • 48-hour refund. If you request cancellation within 48 hours of the first payment for a subscription, we will refund that payment in full and end the subscription immediately; your account then returns to the free plan. To use this option, email us at contact@jobera.com from the address linked to your account within that 48-hour window. After that window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • AI credits. Some AI features consume credits included in your plan. Credits reset each period (weekly or monthly, depending on the plan), do not roll over, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

  • Consumers in the EU. By starting to use a paid plan immediately after purchase, you expressly request that the digital service begins before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected by these Terms.

10. Jobera Quick Apply Chrome Extension

The Jobera Quick Apply extension fills application forms using your Application Profile and lets you save jobs, see match scores, and request AI assistance on the page you are viewing. It runs automatically only on supported applicant tracking systems; on other websites it works only after you grant permission for that site through Chrome’s permission prompt. The extension does not submit applications or upload files for you – you remain responsible for checking every field before you submit an application, and for complying with the terms of the employer or job platform you apply through. Use of the extension is also subject to the Chrome Web Store terms. How the extension handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. User Content

You may be able to upload, create, save, submit, or publish content through Jobera.com, including but not limited to:

  • resumes or CVs,

  • cover letters,

  • profile information and your Application Profile,

  • photos,

  • notes,

  • saved application data,

  • comments,

  • reviews,

  • messages,

  • other user-generated content.

You keep ownership of your content, and you remain responsible for its legality, accuracy, and appropriateness.

You must not upload, submit, or publish content that is:

  • unlawful,

  • defamatory,

  • fraudulent,

  • infringing,

  • abusive,

  • discriminatory,

  • obscene,

  • harmful,

  • misleading,

  • invasive of another person’s rights.

By submitting content to Jobera.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and process that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and to provide the Services to you, including processing it through our service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not publish your private documents (such as resumes or cover letters) without your instruction.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Platform or attempt unauthorized access,

  • scrape, copy, or systematically extract data without permission,

  • interfere with the operation or security of the Platform, or bypass rate limits or plan limits,

  • impersonate any person or entity,

  • submit false or misleading information, including in job applications,

  • use the Platform or the extension for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity, or to send automated mass applications that violate an employer’s or platform’s terms,

  • use automated systems in a way that disrupts normal service unless expressly authorized.

13. Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships

Some links or recommendations on Jobera.com may be affiliate links or commercial partner links, and the Site may display advertising. This means we may earn a commission or receive compensation if you click, sign up, or purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you in many cases.

Where applicable, such relationships do not automatically determine editorial conclusions or user outcomes.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on Jobera.com, including text, graphics, branding, layouts, designs, software elements, and other materials, is owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Company names and trademarks shown in listings belong to their respective owners.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, reverse engineer, or exploit our content or platform materials without prior written permission.

15. No Professional or Employment Advice

Content and tools made available through Jobera.com are provided for general informational and practical support purposes only.

They do not constitute:

  • legal advice,

  • recruitment advice,

  • employment law advice,

  • immigration advice,

  • tax advice,

  • financial advice,

  • guaranteed professional career guidance.

Users should exercise independent judgment and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals.

16. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, opportunities, business, goodwill, or employment-related outcomes arising out of or in connection with:

  • your use of or inability to use the Platform,

  • reliance on any content, listing, recommendation, or generated material,

  • third-party services, employers, recruiters, or linked websites,

  • interruptions, bugs, delays, or technical failures,

  • account access issues,

  • user content,

  • hiring or rejection decisions made by third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for damage caused intentionally, or the statutory rights of consumers.

17. Indemnification

You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs arising from:

  • your misuse of the Platform,

  • your breach of these Terms,

  • your violation of any law or third-party rights,

  • your content or conduct on the Platform.

18. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Platform where necessary to:

  • enforce these Terms,

  • investigate suspected misuse,

  • protect users, third parties, or the Platform,

  • comply with legal obligations,

  • respond to security or operational risks.

Where reasonable, we will notify you before doing so. You may stop using the Platform at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting us at contact@jobera.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email or in the product before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Jobera.com after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms; if you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the Platform.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
