- Build long-term relationships with existing clients to retain and grow them.
- Acquire new clients end-to-end; from prospecting to closing and meeting individual and team targets.
- Increase revenue and retention rate for accounts through driving intentional upsell and cross-sell motions to meet the clients’ business objectives.
- Demonstrate, deliver, and help unlock product ROI for clients to help businesses growth.
- Identify growth opportunities within the account segment.
- Resolve all client complaints, requests, and inquiries within the predetermined SLAs.
- Align with internal cross-functional partners (Customer Success, Product, Marketing, etc.) with frontline insights/ customers’ needs to design a robust go-to-market strategy to nurture and grow our Accounts.
- Perform other job-related tasks as needed.
