Responsibilities

→Conduct building surveys and bulk sampling.
→Perform asbestos air monitoring, including issuing Certificates of Re-occupation and Statements of Cleanliness.
→Provide expert advice to clients on legal requirements, regulations, and industry standards related to asbestos management.
→Prepare accurate reports and plans in standard formats.
→Build and maintain strong client relationships.
→Ensure timely completion of monthly quality requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 12 months of experience in a related role within a UKAS-accredited organization.
P402, P403, and P404 modules or equivalent certifications.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Full UK driving license.
