Gearset is the leading DevOps platform for Salesforce because we're obsessed with solving real problems our users love. As a product-driven company, our product team is central to this mission. You’ll work on meaningful challenges with smart, supportive colleagues who are passionate about diagnosing the root cause of customer pain and building high-quality solutions that help them make progress.

Our focus on solving user problems means our Product Managers have an impact from day one. You’ll have real autonomy and be trusted to make thoughtful decisions, working with your team to deliver genuine value to our customers. Whether you're an Associate Product Manager or a Senior PM looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll have tangible impact. You will define and build solutions that make a difference to thousands of businesses worldwide, from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits, helping them succeed on Salesforce.

You'll work with autonomy and trust. We hire great people and empower them to do their best work. You'll own your product area and be trusted to make decisions with your team, free from layers of bureaucracy and long sign-off chains.

You'll solve real user problems. We believe in delighting our users. You'll be empowered to get close to our customers, rigorously diagnose their challenges, and uncover the real ‘Job to be Done’. We build solutions that they rely on every day because we address the core need, not just the surface-level request.

You'll be part of a humble and helpful team. We thrive on continuous, constructive feedback in a low-ego environment. You'll work in a culture of psychological safety where you can collaborate openly, learn from failures, and grow as a leader.
