As a product-driven company founded by engineers, we know the value of a great engineering culture. Our engineering team is built from the ground up on trust, teamwork and tight feedback loops.

Our minimal hierarchy, streamlined processes, and focus on getting features into the hands of our users means that new starters have an impact from the moment they start.

Whether you’re a seasoned individual contributor or a technical lead we’d love to speak with you!

We’re the leading DevOps solution for Salesforce - built by developers for developers. Our engineering team doesn't develop within the Salesforce environment, but our users do.

We live by our engineering values, which aren’t just nice words - they guide us through day-to-day challenges and are the foundation of how we work together.

We ship good now rather than 'perfect' later, make sensible decisions, move fast, iterate and improve over time. We often ship multiple times a day!

You’ll get structure, support, and autonomy - plus the chance to walk our well-trodden progression path.

Senior or principal level engineers, who want to lead and shape the direction of engineering at Gearset.

Folks who enjoy developing and managing a team, balanced with remaining technical and hands-on.

Someone that is pragmatic and focused on delivering value to customers through iteration rather than getting bogged down by process.

Someone that enjoys minimal bureaucracy and has a bias toward action.

Someone that has a passion for learning and continual improvement, and is comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to make their work even better.

Someone that is comfortable working across the full stack.

Our stack is .NET on backend with Postgres, front end is TypeScript and React, but we're flexible with any OOP and modern front-end background!

Minimal bureaucracy, no red tape and no pointless meetings

Surrounded by smart, pragmatic people who want to do a good job and are always willing to help

Opportunity to join our Long Term Incentive Plan

Generous personal development budget for courses, conferences, or whatever is useful to your professional development in the role of up to £1500 per year

If this sounds like your kind of team, send us a copy of your CV. We proactively review every profile, and if your experience looks like a potential match for the team in the future, we’ll reach out for a short, informal chat. This is a chance for us to get to know you and for you to learn about our culture.

By joining our talent community you’ll be front of mind for any future Gearset roles which suit your experience, and you’ll be kept up to date with what we’re up to at Gearset with quarterly updates.

We take data privacy seriously. You will only be contacted by the internal Gearset Talent team, and your details will never be shared with a third party.
