Service Plumber

Pay: $32–$38/hr based on experience + bonus opportunitie

• →Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• →Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, valves, piping, and related components.
• →Diagnose leaks, water-pressure problems, drainage issues, and other plumbing concerns.
• →Explain findings and repair or replacement options clearly to homeowners.
• →Complete work safely, cleanly, and according to applicable plumbing codes.
• →Provide honest recommendations without high-pressure sales tactics.
• →Complete accurate service notes and job documentation.
• →Maintain an organized truck, tools, and materials.
• →Work closely with dispatch, customer service, and other field team members.
• →Treat every customer’s home with care and respect.

• Full-time position
• Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekend-only on-call rotation
• On-call hours end at 9:00 PM

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Experience working directly with homeowners
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain plumbing issues and available options clearly
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and doing the job right
• Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Commitment to treating customers and their homes with respect
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Drain and sewer experience
• Water heater installation and replacement experience
• Light commercial plumbing experience
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan
