Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Administer and configure Coupa S2C and P2P modules, with focus on Procurement and Sourcing.
- →Configure approval workflows, sourcing events, business rules, and templates.
- →Support and administer the CLM module, including contracts, clauses, and approvals.
- →Translate business requirements into Coupa configurations and system solutions.
- →Provide day-to-day production support (KTLO) and troubleshoot functional or data issues.
- →Build saved searches, reports, and dashboards for business users.
- →Support testing, UAT, and controlled deployments for Coupa changes.
- →Collaborate with IT on Coupa integrations (ERP, suppliers, middleware).
- →Maintain basic documentation and support user adoption.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3–5 years of hands-on Coupa administration experience.
- Strong understanding of Procurement / Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
- Experience configuring workflows, approvals, custom fields, forms, and templates.
- Practical experience with Coupa CLM (administration or configuration level).
- Hybrid business and technical mindset.
- Ability to work directly with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT teams.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- CSO (Coupa Sourcing Optimization) knowledge; certification is a plus.
- Awareness of Coupa integrations (cXML, CSV, REST APIs).
- ERP integration exposure (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, QAD, or similar).
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst role.
