Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, following up with potential customers, and scheduling appointments to support our sales and service departments. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with various marketing and outreach efforts to generate new leads.

Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
