About the Role

Minimum of 2 years of experience in California personal injury case management.
Strong understanding of liability, damages, medical treatment, and insurance claim processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Strong follow-up skills and sense of ownership.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

Fluency in English required; bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Armenian is a plus.
Experience preparing demand packages and supporting settlement negotiations.
Experience coordinating medical treatment and reviewing medical records.
Experience working in a high-volume plaintiff-side personal injury law firm environment.
