In this opportunity, you will join a product engineering team building a next-generation, cloud-native SaaS platform from the ground up. You'll work alongside architects, product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software while embracing AI-first development practices that accelerate delivery and improve engineering quality.

We are looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with hands-on software development and technical leadership.

This is a high-impact role where you'll own features end-to-end, define architecture, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices across the organization. You'll help shape modern, AI-assisted software development workflows, leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to deliver production-ready solutions in a fast-paced, shift-left engineering environment.

  Architecture & Technical Design: Collaborate with Architects to define application architecture, validate technical approaches via PoCs, and design solutions using patterns like DDD, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, BFF, and API Gateways.

  Full Stack Development: Design, build, and deliver scalable SaaS applications using .NET, Angular (18+), SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and AWS.

  Frontend & Backend Excellence: Develop modern Angular applications using standalone components, Signals, RxJS, and Reactive Forms. Build robust backend services, optimize data models, and tune database performance.

  AI Integration: Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to generate production-ready code and optimize engineering workflows.

  End-to-End Ownership: Own features end-to-end—from domain modeling to deployment, observability, and production support.

  Troubleshooting & Reliability: Diagnose complex production issues, conduct root-cause analyses, and continuously improve system reliability.

  Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineers through technical discussions, code reviews, architecture alignment, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including proven tenure in a Principal, Lead, or equivalent technical leadership role.

• Core Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in C#, .NET, Entity Framework, Angular, and relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL).

• Architecture: Strong expertise in DDD, CQRS, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and distributed systems.

• SaaS & Performance: Demonstrated experience designing secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, along with SQL optimization, Redis, and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.

• DevOps & Quality: Practical experience with automated testing, CI/CD, Git, Agile methodologies, observability/monitoring tools, and static code analysis (e.g., SonarQube, Mend).

• AI Tooling: Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).

• Soft Skills & Education: Advanced/fluent English communication skills; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, SQS/SNS, S3, RDS) and IaC (Terraform or AWS CDK).

• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or Server-Sent Events (SSE).

• Exposure to modern testing frameworks like Playwright or SmartBear TestComplete.

• Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, CloudWatch, New Relic).

• Experience building AI-enabled applications (LLMs, RAG, Model Context Protocol / MCP).

• Product-focused organization building a next-gen SaaS platform from scratch.
