From reducing downtime to increasing reliability, the Field Service Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships, achieving excellent customer satisfaction levels, and the growth of customer portfolios.

Responsibilities

→Management of Field Service Department - Providing comprehensive maintenance services and production support.
→Coordinate with sales teams
→Coordinate machine service calls at customer facilities
→Support installations, training, and commissioning at job sites
→Effectively communicate with customers to diagnose and advise on their needs
→Developing new customers and leads
→Provide technical input to customers
→Effectively quote jobs and manage the quoting/bidding process
→Leading teams of skilled mechanical and electrical service technicians
→Review and approve field service reports
→Providing Technical Support Services, preventative maintenance solutions, Emergency repairs, and customized on-site training for customers.
