This is not a traditional advisory role built around transactional planning or mass affluent relationship management. This is a highly sophisticated, relationship driven seat working alongside some of the most accomplished professionals in the industry, serving entrepreneurs, executives, multi-generational families, athletes, entertainers, and business owners with exceptionally complex financial lives.

What We Offer

✓Experience advising ultra high net worth individuals and families, ideally within a family office, multi-family office, private bank, or sophisticated RIA environment

✓Strong understanding of complex planning concepts including trusts, estate strategies, concentrated stock, liquidity events, tax coordination, and intergenerational wealth planning

✓Polished relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and operate credibly with highly successful clientele

✓CFP preferred; advanced credentials such as CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA are viewed favorably

✓Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams in a highly client centric environment

✓California market familiarity and existing relationships within the UHNW ecosystem are highly attractive, though portable business is not the sole focus of the opportunity

Access to an established and rapidly growing UHNW client base with highly sophisticated planning needs
A collaborative team environment where advisors partner closely with investment professionals, estate attorneys, tax specialists, trust experts, and family office personnel
