You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.
  • You’ll attract, screen, and submit talent for current and prospective demand.
  • You’ll meet required metrics, including goals for outreach, screens, interviews, and hires.
  • You’ll communicate and work with Recruiting Teams to identify talent demand and attract candidates.
  • You’ll manage candidate status and notes in Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and Professional Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed), while maintaining data integrity for accurate reporting and compliance with data protection legislation.
  • You’ll build, monitor, and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates to help meet the requirements of open vacancies.
  • You’ll use market-driven strategies and advanced search and data-mining techniques to research, engage, and pre-qualify passive talent.
  • You’ll interact with internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements and regularly communicate candidate activity for sourcing projects to stakeholders and recruiters.
  • You’ll support the recruiting organization with ad hoc projects.
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sourcing experience, preferably in the construction management or capital projects industry
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven ability to multi-task with several candidates at once, scheduling initial screens while providing consistent feedback to those in process for the best overall candidate experience
  • Experience sourcing candidates within the construction management, engineering and utility industries.
  • Experience working with Senior-Level Executives
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies
  • Lever systems experience
    • The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
    • You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
    • AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
    • Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
    • Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
    • Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
    • Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
    • Accenture Construct is Accenture's global capital projects business.
    • The data centers behind AI. The grid behind the energy transition. The rail, water and airports everything else runs on.
    • We plan them, engineer them, deliver them and hand them over — and unlike most of this market, we're on the hook for whether they land on time. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. One team that owns the whole thing.
