Your expertise in recruitment will help us build a talent pool that meets our clients' diverse staffing needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand the specific requirements of each position and drive the recruitment process from start to finish.

• →Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals.
• →Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• →Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
• →Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• →Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• →Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
• →Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and select candidates effectively.
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
