Ability to track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and documentation.
Ability to identify project risks and issues and assist with appropriate mitigation and resolution.
Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders and support the Project Manager in the overall delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

→Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects.
→Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
→Use Jira and other project management tools to track tasks, timelines, resources, and project progress.
→Prepare and maintain project reports, status updates, and performance documentation.
→Monitor project capacity and resource availability to ensure resources are effectively allocated.
→Support resource management, including tracking resource utilization and project requirements.
→Assist with project estimation techniques to support effort, timeline, and resource estimates.
→Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with established timelines.
→Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
→Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely completion of project activities.
→Facilitate collaboration between team members and support a positive and productive team environment.
→Identify potential project risks, issues, and dependencies and assist in developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
→Follow up with team members on pending tasks and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.
→Support the Project Manager in ensuring the overall successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and scope.
