Keystone Solutions is seeking a Product Journey Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on Life Protection solutions, working closely with various stakeholders to drive innovative insurance products.

Responsibilities

→Identify, assess, and execute new business development opportunities in the Belgian Life insurance market.
→Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital Life insurance solutions, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
→Develop commercial storylines aligned with client needs.
→Engage with the distribution network to understand partner needs.
→Create business cases for management validation.
→Take ownership of the total commercial product delivery process, translating initiatives into tangible outcomes.
→Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Product, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
→Embrace a digital-first mindset to develop Life Protection products.
→Explain Life Protection products clearly to stakeholders.
→Propose creative solutions to challenges in a fast-changing environment.
→Foster collaboration and invest in others to achieve common goals.

Requirements

Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge and affinity with Life Protection products.
At least 3 years of experience in product management or related domains.
Experience in a bancassurance and/or digital environment is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong plus.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic consultancy environment.
