As our Lead Tech, you’ll oversee daily operations, mentor technicians, and perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Your expertise will help maintain our reputation as one of our top auto repair shops.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

Pay- $1000-$1400

Responsibilities

→Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and engine systems
→Lead and train a team of automotive technicians
→Assign and schedule repair jobs for efficiency
→Collaborate with service advisors on estimates and parts
→Ensure safety compliance and shop cleanliness
→Stay current with automotive technology and tools
→Maintain accurate service records in shop management system
→Provide excellent customer service and communication

📋 Qualifications:

→Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Car Mechanic
→Strong leadership and mentoring skills
→must be an Expert knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
→Proficient with diagnostic tools and software
→Excellent problem-solving and time management
→Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
