We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner with a global mindset to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis, financial planning, and performance management. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to ensure that financial insights translate into actionable business outcomes.

This is a 2-year fixed-term maternity cover position.

• Partner with leaders across functional and corporate departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, HR, G&A) to bring a financial perspective to planning, investments, and operational decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and ensuring decisions are grounded in financial and business impact.
• Foster financial awareness across non-financial stakeholders, helping them understand cost drivers, trade-offs, and financial implications of their decisions.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes for your areas, ensuring assumptions are robust and aligned with company priorities.
• Monitor and analyze actual performance vs. plan, identifying key drivers, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive cost management and resource allocation discussions to support efficient scaling of functions.

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data, including both financial and headcount-related metrics.
• Investigate monthly variances at both company and department levels, ensuring transparency and clear explanations of performance.
• Deliver clear, structured, and insightful reporting and presentations for senior management.
• Handle ad hoc analyses and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data, including alignment between planning, reporting, and actuals.
• Coordinate and validate inputs such as cost distributions, and headcount planning.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Controlling, and Data teams to maintain high-quality management reporting.

• Own and improve financial models, forecasting methodologies, and reporting tools.
• Contribute to the development and automation of dashboards and reports (e.g., in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and transparency in FP&A processes.

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Financial Analyst, or similar FP&A role in a multinational or fast-growing company;
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and performance management processes;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights that drive business action;
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with FP&A tools and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, BOARD, or similar);
• Strong business acumen and the ability to engage confidently with technical and product stakeholders;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when simplifying complex financial topics for non-financial audiences;
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
