→Coordinate across engineering, support, contributors, and clients to resolve issues quickly
→Build and refine operational workflows to keep data accurate

1–2 years in an operationally intense role such as investment banking, consulting, or operations at a high-growth startup
A track record of hands-on, in-the-weeds execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Exceptional attention to detail, comfortable reviewing large volumes of tasks for quality
Highly proactive and independent, able to identify and solve problems without hand-holding
Willing to work extended hours during peak periods (roughly 55–75 hours/week at peaks)
Degree from a strong (top-50) university; a quantitative major is a plus but not required
